Samantha is experienced in working with adults, children, teens and families to address anxiety, depression, challenging life-transitions, family dynamics, parenting and relationships. She has a special interest in working with teens and young adults as they navigate newfound independence, create healthy boundaries in relationships and manage employment and college experiences..
Samantha incorporates positive psychology and mindfulness practices with a holistic approach for the mind, body and spirit. She has an upbeat, cheerful personality and creates a playful therapeutic environment for clients of all ages.
Outside the office, Samantha is a wife and mother of two young children whom she has been homeschooling for the last five years. Her personal self-care includes trail walking, meditation, playing outdoors with her family (and pet ferret), and cooking. She is passionate about research regarding mental health, nutrition and exercise science.
Office Hours: M 2-7pm, Tu 3-7pm
Virtual Hours: M-Th 9-11am
