Overall wellness is dependent upon harmony between our mind, body, and spirit. When one of these components is off or struggling, you just feel an overall sense of being off balance. Symptoms can provide us with clues as to what we need to work on to gain back a feeling of balance, happiness, and overall good health. Sometimes you need to take a break, reassess, and retrain your mind and outlook. Utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, gestalt therapy, or the integration of creative components such as music, meditation, and connecting with nature, we can work together to deepen your self-awareness, build your self-esteem, and reach self-acceptance.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have been in the mental health field since 2014. I enjoy working with children, adults and families. I believe that we all have our own answers to the many questions and challenges we face in life, but at times we just need a little support in figuring them out. I look forward to meeting and supporting you in figuring out those answers and working towards increasing positivity and good health in your life!
