As a former professional dancer, I am particularly attuned to how we listen to our bodies and process stressful experiences. I use a mind & body approach to help clients work through issues such as trauma, grief and loss, anger, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain and life transition. I intend to create a safe space that is free of judgment to honor your personal experiences and support emotional growth and healing. I truly enjoy offering families and couples the opportunity to navigate healthy and authentic relationships. Children, adults, couples, families and LGBTQ clients are all welcome.
