The first step in reaching out for help can be very challenging and scary. Once taking this first step, it can open up a pathway to reaching our goals in finding our best quality of life. My goal as a therapist is to provide safe, accepting and comfortable space for you to do so. It is important to find the right fit in a therapist. If it sounds like I may be a good fit for you, please give me a call.
